Admission Process

The Admission Committee Department, of SUSHRUT INSTITUTE OF PLASTIC SURGERY PVT. LTD conducts an Entrance Test for selection of students for GNM and various Nursing & Paramedical Courses. Selection will be strictly according to the merit list based on the result of Entrance Test and as per the existing eligibility criteria of the INC and U.P. State Medical Faculty as notified in letter- F. No. 1-5/2013-INC dated 18/09/2014 read with clarificatory Notification No. 8893/14 dated 01/10/2014. The Entrance Test will be based on the 10+2 syllabus.

• Application forms are available for sale from the Admission Section, on submission of Rs. 150/- per form. (Payment has to be made in the name of the candidate) For further information, please contact HOD of admission department Mr. Prince (9235435004).
• The candidate must fill the application form in his /her own handwriting and in capital letters. Candidates must clearly write the appropriate course. Each candidate has only one option to select the course, duly marking in the course area will not be entertained.
• Eligible candidates are required to attach the documents as prescribed in the application form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

The details about the Test are as mentioned below:-Test duration will be 2 hours.

Written exam: - 30 objective questions with a total of 30 marks based on general knowledge and 10 + 2 based level.

Dictation: - To assess the writing ability dictation of short paragraph in both languages Hindi and English. (10 marks)

Aptitude test: - To assess the intellectual ability (10 objects will be displayed remembrance of each object contain 1 marks).
